After receiving wide recognition and critical acclaim from the audience, in the previous two editions, Pass the Mic 3.0 (PTM 3.0) was back in an even larger form with an offline recording session! Pass The Mic is a specially curated podcast series, organized by the Women in Engineering (WIE) affinity chapter of IEEE Jadavpur University Student Branch, aimed at providing the audience with an in-depth understanding of some of the most intriguing topics, with a star-studded list of pioneers in those fields. 

Decoding the academia: In the first week, professors from prestigious institutes and universities, including Dr. Sandeep Chakraborty from IIT Kharagpur's CSE department, Dr.
Soham Chakraborty from IIT Roorkee's EE department, and Dr. Kaushik from Calcutta
University's Department of Applied Physics, shared their opinions on topics such as AI's future and their journeys to the top of their respective fields.

Cracking product management: In the second week of Pass the Mic 3.0, Mr. Jibin Sahu, former product marketing manager at Kinect and ex-Microsoft and Google, shared valuable tips on industry success, advertising insights, and the importance of IEEE affiliation for a successful career in the industry.
